Flowers

Delivery - I offer delivery within EX10 and EX11 postcodes only. Please do check before you place your order. Gift Bouquets are cut to order and as they are perishable delivery will be attempted once. If there is no answer from the recipient flowers will be left with a water source with a neighbour or in a safe place.

Design - Gift Bouquets are designed on a best in bloom in the garden basis so each design will vary. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only.

Vase life - please follow the care instructions included for the best vase life. My flowers have not been treated with any preservatives and vase life varies for each flower, their transience is part of their beauty.

Concerns - Gift Bouquet orders are bespoke and cut to order so are non-refundable, but please do contact me if you have any concerns with your order (include a photograph).

Art Prints

I am currently only able to accept orders for art prints for delivery to the United Kingdom.

Orders - Orders shall normally be accepted if the products that you order are available and your payment method is authorised for the transaction. Your card or Paypal account will be charged automatically when you place your order. If for any reason I am unable to fulfill your order, you will be given a full refund.

Delivery -I aim to ship your order within 3-5 working days of payment being received. As soon as payment is received and your item(s) have been dispatched I will email you to confirm your order is on its way. Please make sure you enter your address details carefully. Incorrect addresses will result in your order being returned to me and you are liable to pay for postage.

Returns - Although I hope that you will be, if you are not happy with your product I am happy to offer a full refund or exchange. If a refund or exchange is required then please let me using the contact form on my website. You must return the goods in their original packaging within 14 working days of delivery. Provided the goods are returned in a saleable condition I will issue a refund to you within 30 days. You will need to pay the costs of return postage and please obtain proof of postage as I cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Damages - If products arrive damaged then please let me know by email and I will arrange a full refund or exchange once you return the damaged goods. Please obtain a proof of postage.

Products - The images of the products on my website are for illustrative purposes only. Although I have made every effort to display the colours accurately, I cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

General

Privacy Policy – When you place an order with me I collect personally identifiable information about you such as your name, mailing address and e-mail address. I use this information to process your order, send you confirmation and any other information you may need to know about your order. I share this information with Squarespace, my online store hosting provider, and Stripe, my payment processor, so that they can provide website and commerce services to me.

I would love to keep you up to date with any The Byes Blooms events and products that may interest you via my infrequent newsletter. I will only use the email address that you have provided and will be responsible and moderate with the amount of contact I make. You can of course unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
